Welcome to Artharogyam. By accessing our website or registering as a partner, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Partner Registration
Partners must be 18 years or older, provide accurate registration information, and purchase a valid starter kit. One person may hold only one partner account. Misrepresentation may result in account termination.
2. Product Sales
All products must be sold at or above the official MRP/DP listed by Artharogyam. Partners shall not make unauthorized health claims beyond approved product literature. Products must not be sold on unauthorized e-commerce platforms.
3. Commission & Payments
Commissions are calculated based on the official compensation plan and paid weekly to verified bank accounts. Artharogyam reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations pending investigation.
4. Code of Conduct
Partners must conduct business ethically, avoid misleading income claims, respect fellow partners, and comply with all applicable direct selling guidelines issued by the Government of India.
5. Intellectual Property
The Artharogyam name, logo, product names, and marketing materials are proprietary. Partners may use approved marketing materials only and shall not modify branding without written consent.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the partner agreement with 30 days written notice. Artharogyam may terminate immediately for policy violations. Upon termination, partners must cease using company branding and return unsold inventory per company policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Artharogyam shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or business activities. Product liability is limited to replacement or refund per return policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
